One of the things to come out of my sweet sweatshop this week are these little girls handbags. I have been calling the design my La La handbag, because as soon as Miss 2 got hold of one she donned it, and started bopping around the lounge singing "La La Lalaalallalala".....
Simple and sweet. This easy pattern is a great way to use up scraps (easily get main part of the bag out of a fat quarter). A little ricrac and a button and WAHLAH! I sold these to a friend of mine for $10 each. Got a feeling from Miss 2's reaction that I may need to make a few more!.......... Another great idea for handmade Christmas prezzies; what little girl could resist!
