Gobsmacked by Rubbergob!

I hardly ever win anything! But today must be my lucky day! I entered a competition on the Madeit blog recently for Rubbergob. They have the most amazing cards and prints! I really love them, they are fun and contemporary - but at the same time remind me of retro applique! awesome. Guess what...... I WON! Woohoo! Just in case you wanted to know, the competition was for ideas on new product lines so I suggested that they use their awesome designs and create some shopping bags (like the green ones you get from Coles & Woolworths) and use the bag to feature their imagery in print/fabric, and advertise their logo at the same time:) Can't wait to see if this idea comes to life!!!! I shall definitely be keeping an eye on their blog.

More wonderful news, my golden girls are back at school today. So there will be more time in the day for playing with the little Angel and creating some more pieces for my Madeit shop. Tune in soon!
